The 20-stringed Chinese zither (guzheng) is given an airing with three major works – ‘The Overlord Xiang Yu’ (by He Zhan Hao), ‘Taishan Hun’ (by Liu Wen Jin) and ‘Dream of Butterfly’ (by Chen Ning-chi), which showcases the many different facets of the instrument. Yin Qun, Xu Hui and the very talented Wang Zhong Shan perform.
