Bring along a picnic basket and sink your teeth into the thrilling tale of love and betrayal. In Adolphe Adam’s ballet, Giselle, a village maiden, falls in love with Albrecht, a nobleman who pledges eternal love despite being betrothed to a duke’s daughter. Driven mad with grief, Giselle kills herself and turns into a wili, one of the wood sprites known for forcing men to dance until they drop dead. Recline under the stars as the popular ballet unfolds.
