It’s out with the old and in with the new for top Chinese restaurant Royal China at Raffles, which operates several outlets in London. Both the decor and the menu have received a complete makeover. Aficionados will be relieved to know they’ve retained their signature dish of lobster noodles, while introducing aromatic duck rolls and lobster thermidor to the menu.
