Brasserie Wolf
Traditional Parisian brasserie fare is the order du jour at this riverside restaurant at The Pier on Robinson Quay. The hearty menu will satisfy any Francophile with a passion for classics such as Burgundy snails in garlic butter, pan-seared duck foie gras, and Beef Bourguignon. This is not a place for vegetarians (although there is a vegetarian menu ‘upon request’) or anyone watching their waistlines, with a heavy emphasis on les viandes such as veal, duck, beef and pork. All meats are perfectly matched with different sauces, cooking styles and vegetables, just as you’d expect to find in France. The only thing that is decidedly un-French is the rather jolly and efficient service
