This is the first restaurant by herbal big wigs Eu Yan Sang. The kitchen cleverly deconstructs traditional tonics and soups, and reassembles the ingredients in modern Western dishes such as baby prawns with sweet honeysuckle flowers, risotto blended with tremella, and grilled vegetables mixed with crisp lotus roots.
