No, Rochester Park isn’t opening, but there are recent additions to this dining locale: Eden Sanctuary – the second outlet of Eden Café – opens at 44 Rochester Park, boasting new drinks and desserts (tofu Oreo cheesecake and chocolate brandy mousse cake). Also, under Caprice Holdings, four restaurants make their debut: Cassis (French cuisine under the direction of Michelin-star chef Eric Guilbert), Pinchos (gastrobar), Minx (Russian vodka and caviar lounge) and Twelve + One (cooking atelier and bakery). This Sichuan/Cantonese restaurant now offers an à la carte menu that includes starters such as lemon- and orange-marinated chicken drumlets coated in a teriyaki-base sauce (from $14) and mains such as Yin Yang lobster two ways (stir-fried and deep-fried, $12, 100g). Also new is an à la carte buffet ($28.80++ lunch, $38.80++ dinner) – a minimum of four people is required.

Shahi MaharaniStarting this month, this northern Indian restaurant offers a Sunday chaat (street food) and tandoori lunch from $25++ per person including curries, rice, naan and dessert. Tiger drafts, Kingfisher and house wines are available for $5++.
