The Lush Equestrian ($125, 60mins) uses deep-tissue techniques and concentrates on the legs to relieve the muscles used most during horse riding.

Sip champagne during the Lush Date package ($480 for two), specially designed for couples. Lovers can indulge in a foot bath, body steam, body scrub, hydro bath and a 90-minute massage.

Lagunita Spa

Inside the Laguna National Golf and Country Club off Tanah Merah.
Best reason to go
You get to enjoy the spectacular view, minus the exorbitant green fees and uneven golfer’s tan.

Undulating man-made hills specially made for tee-offs.
Inside the spa
Traditional Balinese style: ornate beige and brown wall fixtures paired with teak furniture.
Speciality of the house
The long strokes of the Sports massage ($130, 80 mins) focus on releasing locked muscles (from, say, that duff drive off the tee).
