Cheesus takes the wheel: a gourmet food truck stocked with cheese will be rolling into three lucky destinations during lunchtime from October 26 to 28. Get acquainted with the wonderful world of European cheeses courtesy of the Centre National Interprofessionel de l'Economie Laitière (CNIEL), with support from the European Union.
Don't expect plain cubes of cheese pierced with a toothpick, though. There'll be innovative cheese-centric canapés like gratin dauphinois (a potato and crème fraîche dish), bleu hollandaise on egg croustade, and mozzarella mousse and shaved Parmesan on a smashed pea crostini. It's an upgrade on your usual office lunch, so be sure to catch the truck.
