The restaurant is introducing a brunch menu called Supermom Superstar this Mother’s Day ($98 per adult, $48 per child) featuring a medley of dishes like aloo bharta ikura – a rustic, spiced mashed potato dish; spiced foie gras; and avocado kulcha with bacon egg jam. The spread will also include the popular crispy prata waffle with Madras fried chicken and a drizzle of butter chicken sauce, while the dessert bar will be stocked with coffee cannoli, bundt cakes, carrot cakes and more. This swanky Cal-Italian restaurant is celebrating Mother’s Day with a heartfelt and limited-time menu exclusive – celebrity chef Nancy Silverston’s very own Mum’s Beloved Beef Brisket ($58). The homely dish sets the tone for an intimate family dinner, marrying savoury and smokey flavours in tender beef brisket, grilled broccolini, baby potatoes, celeriac purée, salsa verde and horseradish. If you’re coming by for lunch, order Silverton’s famous wood-fired pizzas like the goat cheese with butter-braised leeks, and for dinner, make sure to get the deconstructed Nancy’s Caesar ($30) and the sausage orecchiette ($33). If refined elegance is the vibe you’re going for this Mother’s Day, book a table at Quenino by Victor Liong (QVL) – a contemporary Asian restaurant which features flavours from across the region. This Mother’s Day, QVL presents a 10-course degustation menu ($180) packed with all-time favourites from the regular menu. Expect signature dishes like ama-ebi prawn toast with pasembur, macadamia and calamansi; raw Spencer Gulf Kingfish; and a modern reinterpretation of traditional sweet corn ice cream. This Mother’s Day weekend, they are presenting the Heartwarming Set Dinner ($158 per person), featuring a nourishing, five-course meal with premium ingredients. Expect classics like the restaurant’s popular double-boiled ginseng chicken soup with fish maw, as well as fresh crab meat noodles in superior broth. And to add on to the already collagen-rich meal, the dinner concludes with a bird’s nest dessert in warm almond cream, and a sweet dried longan and red date carnation bun. This contemporary Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant and sky bar offers sweeping panoramic views of the city’s skyline from the 40th floor of CapitaGreen. The restaurant will serve a three-course menu for lunch and dinner ($78 per person) on Mother’s Day, including a high tea sharing platter to end the meal. The burratina with sundried pesto and grilled artichoke kickstarts the feast, alongside other highlights like Scottish smoked salmon with baby beetroot, as well as shakshuka with poached egg and sourdough. For mains, expect generous portions of Iberico pork loin with chorizo and white bean cassoulet or seared tuna steak with baby romaine. Take mum out for a delicate, refined dining experience at Moss Cross Singapore. The restaurant specialises in shokado omakase, which sees small, meticulously plated dishes arranged around picture-pleasing wooden boxes, each focusing on the season’s freshest ingredients. Highlights include Hyogo oysters doused in camembert mousse, milk foam and served with caviar and kombu, as well as indulgent Kyoto wagyu sushi paired with uni and truffle shoyu. Lunch omakase courses start at $68 while dinner menus start at $128. This Mother’s Day, mums will also be treated to a complimentary dessert – a citrus and ricotta mousse flower garden with honey ice cream. Available from April 16 to May 11.

Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie is pulling out all the stops this Mother’s Day with their special Mother’s Day seafood brunch buffet ($108 per adult, $50 per child). To start, each diner will be treated to a serving of steamed Scottish bamboo clams with vermicelli and black garlic soy sauce, as well as rock lobster poached rice. But the seafood extravaganza doesn’t end there – make a beeline for the seafood on ice counter featuring a bounty of snow crab legs, Pacific oysters, poached sea prawns and sea whelk. The hot dish counter will also be stocked with wok-fried chilli crabs and mantou, herbal prawns with aged Hua Tiao wine, grilled red snapper with sambal, scallops with shio kombu butter, and neck clams in Kam Heong sauce. Available on May 12 only.
