Artichoke's Bjorn Shen and Cocotte's Anthony Yeoh rekindle their culinary bromance with a Bird-Day Party. For two nights only, each chef glorify the chicken, dishing out free-flow cuts of bird like the Middle Eastern shish taouk fried chicken and French confit chicken wings in buckets, with sauces like roast chicken gravy kebab shop spice, lardon aioli and Lebanese toum. Wash all the sinful goodness down with a cold beer, which you can fish out of a kiddy pool.
