A Father’s Day meal isn’t complete without juicy steaks and tender cuts of meat. The Carvery’s carnivorous buffet ($68) comes with free flow beer alongside all you can eat roast meats. Have a go at the massive 30-day dry aged US Angus prime rib which carries a distinct smoky flavour imparted from its new wood-fired Argentinian grill. Other favourites include juicy honey lemon chicken and lip-smacking hickory pulled pork buns.

Bro-out with your dad in the kitchen table housed at the hip W Singapore. There’ll be a variety of beer-infused dishes, free flow beer and beer pong, of course. Tuck into dishes like baked hake in beer and mustard sauce, crispy pork knuckle, and beef ribs braised in ale served with a side of smoked mashed potatoes. Just make sure dad doesn’t drive home after that.

Celebrate Father’s Day with a Spanish feast at UNA. Set in the lush surroundings of one-north, UNA offers wholesome mains like tender octopus grilled over a charcoal-fired parrilla grill accompanied with baby potatoes and a coriander and pimentón sauce.
