The youngest of three branches (also at Chijmes and VivoCity), this tile-floored and -walled outfit also has a tapas-style dining concept that moves away from purely red-blooded offerings. On the churrasco side, passadors (waiters) move among straight-backed chairs to carve off nine to 14 items including beef rump, leg of lamb and honey ham. Have these with feijoada – Brazil’s national rice dish, served with black-bean stew, pig’s tail and spare ribs. At the lounge, fusion-style small dishes like oxtail soba and salmon sashimi with spicy Thai dressing are ordered to the booth seats.
Buffet lunch (noon-3pm) adult $34++, child $15++; dinner (6-10pm) adult $47++; child $20++; tapas $9-$28.
