Pierside’s subtle makeover is a good reason to drop by One Fullerton again. The place glows like a jewelled box in the evening, while the new timber deck is great for catching a cool breeze. Old favourites are still on the menu, like the gently flavoured miso cod and the light-but-dense crab cake. Rich and satisfying is the thick tangle of sea-scented, buttery cappellini stirred with thin cuts of salt cod and Prosecco cream.
