SIFU

SIFU serves Hong Kong comfort food favourites with a local twist. Diners enter with a view of the bunnery, where rows of SIFU’s pillow buns ($1.20) in four filling choices – char siew, sweet custard, adzuki and yuzu cheese – are displayed, then segue into the casual
dining room for mains. Dishes include beef stew rice ($10.80), the signature roasted chicken thigh with shrimp dumpling soup noodles ($10.80) and pork chop with omelette rice ($11.80).
