Burrito Boys is a fast-casual serving made-to-order Mexican fare in the Hillview neighbourhood. Dan Durkin, a former corporate operation director at Cafe Iguana has a hand in the Tex Mex flavours to the burritos, tacos and rice bowls here, and the restaurant takes particular pride in sourcing jalapeños, chipotle and habanero peppers to keep palates fiery. Try the signature soft flour burrito, rice bowl or soft flour tacos, each with the option of grilled chicken or steak, pork carnitas or rice and beans ($9-$11/regular), and add-ons like guacamole, cheese, sour cream and salsa ($1-$4.50). For milder palates, ask for the spice-free kids' options and mild salsa dip.
