Get excited about the festive season at The Marmalade Pantry. There are seven new dishes on the menu including chardonnay-braised turkey breast ($28) with sage and oregano stuffing, and quinoa-crusted cod ($35), for those looking to eat clean while being merry. No Christmas meal is complete without dessert so try either the forest berries mousse ($10) with mixed berry compote and meringue, or the chocolate and orange tart ($10) served with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream.
There will also be Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day brunch buffets exclusively at The Marmalade Pantry Novena and Downtown. Priced at $68 per person ($34/child), the buffet will feature a seafood station packed with oysters, mussels and prawns alongside carving stations slicing up turkey, ham, roast beef and apple-baked salmon.
