The collection of sashimi, sushi, Chinese roast meats, Isaan Thai-style sausages, and crustacean spread will leave you wishing you had a bottomless belly. Carnivores can also look forward to highlights such as the British Red Poll prime rib, grass-fed lamb saddle and Dingley Dell pork racks fresh off the wood-fired spit roast.
