Sigtuna Stads Hotell review Rate it

On the outside, it looks like a fairly ordinary smalltown hotel. But inside, the Sigtuna Stads Hotell is impeccably stylish and utterly seductive. It's all very Scandinavian, with modern furniture, polished wooden floors and pale walls. About 40 kilometres (25 miles) from Stockholm but close to Arlanda airport, it's a perfect place to start or end a Swedish trip. The town of Sigtuna, on Lake Mälaren, is charming, with lots of cosy cafés to explore.
