Tokyo Midtown Design Touch 2015

Inviting you to experience quality design with all five senses, this multi-part event has been an annual occurrence at Midtown since 2007, and now returns with one of its most plentiful programmes yet. The spacious lawn will be occupied by architect Kengo Kuma's all-wood 'building block' installation, which features a number of 'gates' that visitors can move through, in addition to three decorative pieces put together by collaborating artists. You'll also want to check out the 'Muji Hut', which sees designers Jasper Morrison, Konstantin Groc and Naoto Fukasawa present their latest ideas on the topic of a 'minimal', sustainable lifestyle. Meanwhile, the Good Design Exhibition, which celebrates particularly noteworthy ideas brough forward over the past year, takes place at several locations inside Midtown from October 30 to November 4.
