Time Out says

'Not Authority, But Art,' is the rallying cry for this week-long festival of art, music and film, which spreads out across some of Daikanyama's fanciest venues. There'll be contemporary art on display throughout the week at the core venues (Hillside Forum, Daikanyama T-Site, Hillside Terrace and Hillside Plaza), plus screenings of films including Exit Through the Gift Shop and Kill Your Idols at M Event Space & Bar and Hillside Plaza. To add spice to the proceedings, there are also a variety of gigs scheduled, including Haruomi Hosono and Miharu Koshi (August 22), musical boffins Maywa Denki (August 26) and bassist Chris Minh Doky (August 21). Note that there's a limited capacity for the gigs and film screenings, and tickets will be available at the Daikanyama Art Street counter inside Hillside Forum from 10am on the day of the event.
