Mutek JP 2016

Originating in Montreal, where the festival is still held every year in late May and early June, Mutek is a multi-dimensional celebration of ambitious electronic music, digital art and a wide range of creative activities that have emerged around these two main themes. Now making its first excursion to Tokyo, Mutek will be spread out over Shibuya's two WWW venues and nearby Red Bull Studios, where international stars from Raster-Noton head Alva Noto (aka Carsten Nicolai) and Russian techno hot shot Dasha Rush to French post-rock poet Anne-James Chaton and local great Ueno Masaaki will be strutting their stuff.
