You can grill your beef tongue exactly as you like at this popular and affordable izakaya, opened in early February 2017 near Kyodo Station. The varieties include jukusei aburi gyutan (broiled beef tongue), torokeru yudegyutan (soft-boiled beef tongue), gyutan tataki (seared beef tongue) and gyutan shigureni (simmered beef tongue), while the nostalgic soundtrack consists mainly of ’80s Japanese pop.
