Super-local is the keyword at café and restaurant Cultico, opened in Ogikubo this spring: as far as possible, the chefs only use produce grown in Suginami ward, source their honey and sweets from neighbourhood classic L'abeille and buy seafood from a long-established local fishmonger. They're currently open from lunchtime to 10pm on weekdays, and offer breakfast from 8am on weekends and holidays.
