The Saikabo chain dishes up some of the best cheap Korean food in Tokyo. Some of the other branches are sleeker and more refined, but here at the original branch they don’t pull any punches. Settle in with kalbi (grilled meats), chige (stew) and ishiyaki-bibimbap (rice cooked in sizzling-hot stone pots).
