Time Out says

This unprecedented event aims to open noh up to an international audience, showcasing the traditional art form as modern, vibrant and globally relevant. Art Council Tokyo, the Kita School of Noh and Theatre Nohgaku come together to present this event that includes an introductory lecture about the art form, several performances, and an 'Experience Corner' where audience members can don masks and costumes while being guided by master teachers. You'll have the chance to watch dance excerpts from the classical noh Atsumori and Matsukaze performed in both English and Japanese. This will be followed by a bilingual kyogen performance of Shibiri, offering an example of how comedy can bridge cultures. Finally, there will be a Japanese premiere of the classic demon noh Kurozuka featuring Shigeru Nagashima, paired for the first time with a comic interlude performed in English.
