Time Out says

Tokyo Meat Market Festival is a paradise for meat lovers. At this festival, you can purchase some of Japan’s best beef and pork at a reasonable price, including Ibaraki’s famed Hitachi beef. And if you arrive early, you can even try some Hitachi beef shabu shabu for free. There will also be other booths offering a variety of meat cuisines throughout the day. Every purchase of ¥1,000 will get you a scratch card for an opportunity to win anything from a bag of koshihikari rice to a slab of Hitachi beef steak that’s worth ¥10,000.

Head over to the stage where you’ll be able to see entertainment such as taiko performances by Minori Taiko from Ibaraki prefecture. The cute natto mascot Nebaru-kun will also make an appearance for a talk show and quiz session on October 16.
