Wild Magic promises to replicate the thrill of roughing it in the wild – the camping! the barbecues! the windswept vistas! – in a convenient location on the waterfront. It's a far cry from the rugged landscapes depicted on the official website, but this park has proven popular with young families and pseudo adventurers alike. The 1.6-hectare site includes high-end barbecue facilities, a 'smoke pit style' café and dedicated areas for events and workshops, plus views of the Skytree, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. You want the real great outdoors, though? Get out of town, you lazy git.
