Exhibition Place review

The imposing Princes' Gates (named after Edward, Prince of Wales, and his brother George) rise up to meet you as you approach the grounds from the east and promise the pomp and circumstance befitting the grand old lady, born in 1879, known as the Canadian National Exhibition. The CNE is into its 13th decade, and the facilities have been upgraded to host not just the annual late summer festival and amusement park, but over 100 major events, from the Grand Prix of Toronto to the Canadian National Exhibition.
