Opened in 2000, this 177-room boutique hotel has become a firm favourite with business travellers who require longer stays. It boasts large, luxurious suites, complimentary breakfasts, a softly lit pool, and views of the lake from two rooftop hot tubs. The Citrus restaurant, meanwhile, sits elegantly between the limestone lobby and lush terrace. No wonder stars such as Gabriel Byrne and Shaquille O'Neal feel right at home here (trivia: this building was formerly the HQ of the Mounties).
