Your best bet for staying in Yorkville on a budget. Though located right next door to swanky Hazelton Lanes, this chain hotel has homely rooms - the checkered bedspreads say it all - with wooden furniture and exposed-brick walls (although some rooms have windows that look out on to more brick walls; views over Avenue Road are better). The lifts, bathrooms and halls are on the small side. Although there's no restaurant, rates include breakfast, coffee and tea (available 24 hours a day in the lobby).
