Following some basic renovations, this low-end hotel has been upgraded to 'pleasant'. Across the street from the bus station, and close to the Eaton Centre, it's one of the most affordable ways to sleep in the heart of the action. Staff are friendly, and you can get great bargains on longer stays - commit to a week and cut your room rate by more than a third; staying for a month brings it down by more than two-thirds. Look at your room before you settle in to check the amenities, as they tend to vary. Bathrooms are shared.
