As in 'ultra trendy'. If you like your dining room to be a dance club, then this is the spot for you. Glossy to the extreme, Ultra is set in an open room with high ceilings, stone columns and 'privacy curtains' that wrap around tables (it's supposed to make you feel like a Roman emperor). The menu items - veal loin with veal sweetbreads and truffle risotto, for one - are suitably rich. This was one of the city's first resto-lounges, and it has aged well.
