Bordering Kensington Market and Chinatown, this small Malaysian hotspot offers the best of both worlds: fiery Asian fare in a hip setting. Also, in keeping with the area, it's easy on the pocket. The Matahari Platter - a selection of satays, spring rolls, wontons and pickles - is a good place to start, though curries and seafood are equally tasty. Service is helpful, especially when navigating some of the more exotic menu items. Best to reserve.
