Celebs in town lounge at the Four Seasons or Windsor Arms hotels. Wannabe celebs loll here, at the gateway to posh Yorkville. If you're coiffed, bleached, manicured and/or animal-printed, you'll blend right in - particularly with the leopard-tinged upstairs refuge. In good weather, smokers get a prime perch on the terrace. The food takes a back seat, although it is fair: thin-crusted pizzas and light dishes such as spinach salad and angel-hair pasta.
