The best of the neighbourhood's Middle Eastern restaurants. Palestinian chef Isam Kaisi presents a bold fusion menu - the Middle East meets Africa - in a demurely stylish room. The menu is a kaleidoscope of flavours: cumin and tamarind, liquorice and mint, citrus and chillies. Start with a plate of duck ragoût or any number of savoury salads, and don't miss the lamb tagines of slow-cooked shank tossed in an aromatic couscous, or the vegetable tagine. Some dishes pour on the heat, so ask in advance.
