A 24-hour standby that makes the best of a great location near the crossroads of Bloor and Yonge. Happily for its neighbours in the umpteen condo complexes, the homey café (it occupies all three storeys of a charming Victorian house) stays open late. It's also open early. In fact, you can count on it being open whenever you pop round for middling sarnies, various pastas, the usual salads and generous-portion platters. Good grub that offers an alternative to all-night chain restaurants.

The only reason why this place should stay opened is because it is 24 hours. However,service is brutal, food is terrible, I have been there twice, and twice I had hair in the tuna melt. The staff looks homeless, so does the management. The staff is bitter and miserable. (I would be too, if I worked in a dump like that) NEVER going back. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
