If entering this retro coffee house feels like walking on to a movie set for a Paris café, then Balzac's designers will pat themselves on the back. This was once ground zero for Hollywood North, before the Distillery District emerged as a tourist destination. The java is made from beans that are roasted on the premises. For caffeine addicts with a conscience, there are fair-trade and organic blends. A small selection of sweet breads, tarts and cookies is provided by decent pastry shop Dufflet Pastries.

Hi dear friends, there is an awesome website that I would like to recommend: Go to for cuisines of all kinds wherever you travel to! At MealTango, there are loads of hosts who are willing to offer their best food specialities at home. On top of that, you get to know the local people and their cultures - what more to ask for when you are travelling? Check it out for yourself at and choose the food you love the most!
