The store was closed for 11 days in early January due to the major fire next door. (It was in the newspapers.) We had heavy smoke and water damage, and were on the wrong side of the police lines during the arson investigation. Nobody could answer the phones, because we couldn't get into the building. Sorry.
You need to improve your ocmmunication with faithful customers.. I have been trying to talk with Ashley or Mr. Valentine from the jazz department about the order of ten jazz (blue note) cd's I selected in the laat week of December at your store. Something is wrong with your 1-800 567 8468 number for communcation about special orders..I requested the last week in December.that arrangements be made to send me the cd's. Ashley spoke with me on the phone the second or third last day of December I believe and took additional details about sending me the cd's. Since then I have left seventeen messages these past three days on the telephone but nobody from your store has returned the messages yet..I want to speak with either Mr. Valetnine (jazz) or Ashley from the special order department about making this purchase. Why won't your store return messages? David
