The biggest event on the local calendar is the Abuja Carnival which runs for four days every November. Many parades, concerts and performances take place at the Eagle Centre in the upscale Wuse II district, while artists, dancers and musicians from all 36 states of Nigeria descend on Abuja for shows day and night around the city.
