Especially during the summer, a night on the town usually kicks off in one of Lilla Torg’s many bars. From there, most people go on to one of the numerous chic hangouts that are springing up in Möllevången, perhaps via popular Kulturbolaget (Bergsgatan 18, 302011, www.kulturbolaget.se). Once in Möllevången, check out Tempo (Södra Skolgatan 30, 126021, www.detskallvifira.nu), frequented by local pop luminaries. After 1am, there usually tends to be an exodus to Brogatan (Brogatan 12, 307717, www.brogatan.com), a trendy restaurant with a late bar. For clubbing and concerts, it’s worth visiting the vast and dress-code free Slagthuset (‘Slaughterhouse’, Jörgen Kocksgatan, 71111, www.slagthuset.se), which stays open until 5am.
