Ibsen’s last work was called When We Dead Awaken. Should he take 2006 as the opportune time to follow his own advice he will find Oslo full of Ghosts. Apart from events celebrating the playwright, 29 July sees the huge annual Summer Parade street party, followed by the Oslo Jazzfest in August.
