Prague’s finest Anatolian chow, with exotic, warming tastes like ayvar, a red pepper, chilli and garlic paste you spread on fresh sourdough, the tzatziki-like cacic and great vegetarian fare. Sonbahar kisiri is a cracked wheat mix of walnuts and olives, and the kizartma of caramelised eggplant and peppers, seduces fast – quite a bit faster than the relaxed service.
