Olšany Cemetery

The Garden of Rest honours the many Red Army soldiers who died fighting in Czechoslovakia, but beautiful Olšany Cemetery has a more famous grave: to the right of the entrance is that of anti-communist martyr Jan Palach, the student who set fire to himself in Wenceslas Square in 1969.
