In an incredible location in the shadow of the Tyn church just off Old Town Square, this cosy 16-room inn is ensconced in a 14th-century building that’s on the UNESCO heritage list. Gothic stone arches and wooden floors go along with the smallish but comfortable rooms laid out with basic amenities. Windows look out on the cobbled mews of Old Town, and its constant parade of characters. Fortunately, they are some of the district’s quieter lanes, despite being just metres from the hordes in Old Town Square.
