Of a summer’s evening, there are few better places in Rome for an alfresco meal than this seafood-oriented restaurant around the back of the Forum, in the prettiest of residential squares. Come prepared to splash out, though. Some dishes are pure cucina romana; others, like the tonnarelli San Teodoro (with shrimps, courgettes and cherry tomatoes) are lighter and more creative.
