Galleria Spada
This gem of a palace was acquired by art collector Cardinal Bernardino Spada in 1632; the walls are crammed with paintings. There are some impressive names here: Domenichino, Guercino, Guido Reni plus the father-daughter Gentileschi duo, Orazio and Artemisia. The main attraction of the museum, however, is the Borromini Perspective: At weekends, guides take visitors to a courtyard where perspective trickery makes a 9m-long (30ft) colonnade look much longer.
