Del Frate, an historic Prati bottle shop, expanded a few years back and opened a wine-bar annexe. Of an evening, the tables spill over into the enoteca itself, amid tall shelves crammed with bottles. The oven-baked ravioli with salmon and courgette sauce is a good demonstration of the place’s modern approach; main courses might include an escalope of sea bass with pan-fried cicoria. The only off-note is the steep mark-up on wines.
