Glass Hostaria

Don’t be put off by the ultra-modern design: though Glass Hostaria kicks against the trad Trastevere dining scene, the service is surprisingly warm, the wine list interesting, and the pan-Italian food a lot less pretentious than you might expect (outside of a couple of kooky numbers such as ice lasagne with coal mousse). It’s also unexpectedly good value for money, given the setting and location.

Glass is an outstandingly good restaurant-and incredible value for money.
The style is still Italian but influenced by Harold McGhee(who inspired heston Blumenthal) so you will get delicious flavours without losing the essence of roman cooking.
    Great service and atmosphere.
