The menu at this warm and modern restaurant is strong on all fronts from the antipasti, which include a quite outstanding onion flan with grana cheese sauce, to the primi, where classics like risotto with castelmagno cheese are flanked by new favourites such as chickpea soup with salt cod risotto and black truffle. The secondi cover the board from meat to fish to game, and the choreographic desserts are simply fantastic. Sommelier Maurizio will you steer a course through an extensive, well-priced wine list.
