Three main attractions are accessible on public transport from the city centre. Jarun is a recreational lake by the Sava, on tram route 17 south-west of Jelaičića. Built for the World Student Games in 1987, it's a haven for cyclists and rowers. It also houses Zagreb's landmark nightclub, Aquarius. Another easy tram hop is to Maksimir, the city's main park, with public gardens, the zoo and, across the main road, the national football stadium, home of Dinamo Zagreb. North-east of the city, the beautiful tree-lined cemetery of Mirogoj (open dawn-sunset daily), designed by Herman Bollé, is filled with ivy-strewn cupolas and pavilions. The motley gravestones include five-pointed stars, Cyrillic inscriptions, stars of David and Islamic half-moons. Works by renowned Croatian sculptors line the neo-Renaissance arcades. From the cathedral, take bus 106.
